02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

To enrol in a course you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. By enquiring or enrolling, you confirm that these conditions are met.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

03Service Description

Vectorly offers online education in software development and artificial intelligence, delivered through recorded lessons, written notes, mentor feedback and community discussion. Our three current programmes are:

AI & Python Foundations 8 weeks · ฿3,700

Beginner level. Python programming and foundational AI concepts through small, practical projects.

Machine Learning Projects 12 weeks · ฿16,500

Intermediate level. Building and evaluating machine-learning models using open-source tools.

AI Engineering Capstone 16 weeks · ฿33,000

Advanced level. Building and deploying AI applications with data pipelines, evaluation and real-world integration.

Courses are delivered online. We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

04Accounts & Enrolment

Course access is arranged following confirmation of enrolment and receipt of the applicable course fee. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share access credentials or allow another person to use your course access in your place. Each enrolment is for a single named learner.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please notify us promptly at [email protected].

05User Responsibilities

When using the Service you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or enrolling
  • Engage respectfully with mentors and fellow learners in community spaces
  • Use course materials solely for your own personal learning
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Vectorly and third parties
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute or reproduce course materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Post content that is abusive, harassing or unlawful in community spaces
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage or impair the Service for others
  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials when engaging with Vectorly

06Intellectual Property

All course materials — including written notes, video recordings, code examples, exercises, diagrams and website content — are the intellectual property of Vectorly or its content contributors. All rights are reserved.

Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own personal study during the access period. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from or publicly display any materials.

Feedback or project work you submit during a course remains your own work. By sharing it with mentors or in community spaces, you grant Vectorly a limited licence to view and comment on that work for teaching purposes only.

07Payment Terms

Course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full before course access is granted. Details of accepted payment methods are provided at the enrolment stage.

All prices shown on the website are current at the time of display. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future intake cycles, but any fee agreed at the time of enrolment will be honoured.

Cancellation and refunds

If you need to withdraw before your course begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is considered on a case-by-case basis according to how far in advance the request is made. We aim to handle cancellations fairly and will explain our position in writing.

Refunds are not available for partially completed courses where access to materials has already been provided, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

08Course-Specific Terms

Completion records

Learners who complete the required activities for a course receive a completion record for their personal portfolio. This is a record of participation and completion — it does not represent a formal qualification, academic credit or professional certification.

Access period

Course materials remain accessible for a defined period following enrolment confirmation. The access period for each course is communicated at the time of enrolment.

Academic integrity

Project submissions and exercises must represent your own work. Sharing solutions publicly before the relevant module closes, or representing others' work as your own, is not permitted and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

Mentor availability

Mentor feedback is provided within reasonable response windows as communicated at enrolment. Mentor availability is not guaranteed to be continuous and may vary around public holidays.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we prepare materials with care, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

We do not make any assurances about employment prospects, earnings or any other outcomes resulting from completing a course. Skill development takes sustained effort and individual results will vary.

Technical information in course materials reflects the state of publicly available tools and frameworks at the time of production. The technology landscape changes and some details may become outdated.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vectorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Thai law.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vectorly, its staff and contributors from any claims, losses, costs or liabilities (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any content you submit through community spaces or feedback channels.

12Termination

We may suspend or withdraw your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing the Service becomes impractical for reasons outside our control. Where possible, we will give notice before doing so.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to withdraw from a course, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your options.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after termination.

13Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage both parties to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us at [email protected] describing the issue and your proposed resolution. We will respond within 14 days.

If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through the applicable courts or, by mutual written agreement, through a recognised mediation process.

14General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any documents they refer to, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vectorly regarding the Service and supersede any prior arrangements.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
  • Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it on another.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights as part of a business transfer.
  • Force majeure. We will not be in breach of these Terms for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, connectivity outages or government action.

15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also attempt to notify enrolled learners by email.

Your continued use of the Service after any update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
